Stuart Price is amazing.

Thin White Duke Remixes always make my throat feel like it’s going to fall through my chest. This might be seem a little exaggerated, but they really do enrapture me. I don’t know how the fuck Stuart Price does it, he’s so awesome. You might see “Seal” and think… *yack*, but trust me. It’s the beauty of late 80’s Michael Jackson ballads, Portishead, and house music combined. Maybe that whole line of description isn’t helping either. Whatever, this is the shit… also check out the other tracks because his remix of Gwen Stefani’s “What You Waiting For” was on my top 5 for six months.
I’d post “hung up” (by Madonna) but Warner Brothers would be all over that shit. I saw the Confessions on a Dancefloor tour with my then 12 year old sister and mother. I don’t think my formerly evangelical christian mother did very well with the onslaught of gay dancers, crucifixion on crystal crosses and near pornographic videos. She also had one too many kamikazes. But, I fucking loved it. Haha. Stuart Price produced “Hung Up” and I still am obsessed with that song.

Stuart Price’s old band. The escalating keyboard breakdown on this track is gorgeous.

[...] I was caught off guard by my intense, intense love for this track. When I saw it on fluokids I thought, Seal?… cringe.. but the emotion attached to this track makes my insides swell every time. I recently raved about it, so I don’t think it needs further explanation. Let’s just say I love Stuart Price. [...]
Hells yeah. I’m a latecomer to this Seal track, but it’s a winner. Thank you bearbaby.
