Dream On Dream Off

Here’s a sunshine Friday cut of nostalgic emotional disco, with a side of smooth sailing, stirred and not shaken. Perhaps not a grammatically correct sentence, but more of a reflection of the fragments that I am able to come up with in my current state. I’d like to dedicate today’s tune, Dream On by Crystal Grass, to a refreshing beverage called the “Vampiro” which is a mixture of freshly squeezed carrot, orange, celery, and beet juice with ginger. This concoction always improves my mornings (especially the ones that involve “recovery”) and it consistently turns my excretions into vibrant works of art. The same goes for this early balladic disco cut from 1975 sung by a white canadian, which makes great use of a string section for hire…actually it only improves my mornings and not the later.

Also, Be Informed!!!! Disco Workout is now a physical phenomenon, with the premiere of “Disco Workout” featuring DJ Keenhouse, a new nightclub affair. This should be a monthly milestone, happening in Los Angeles, and the first event is on June 20th at Pour Vouz. See the last post from Baron for details!
