Teenage Suicide: Don’t Do It!
I’m not too sure if this song could effectively make a suicidal teenager change heart and choose life, but its upbeat, hopeful chord progression in Kap10Kurt’s remix certainly makes me feel a little better about the world in my current agonizing hungover state. I really like the tone that comes in at the sixteen second mark that sounds like you left your cell phone on a speaker.

Haha:) My friend Jules Takahashi and I play a game at one of my DJ nights at Masu. He’s a sushi chef there and super synth nerd. He’s really good at picking out the synths in the songs I play and can tell what’s analog and what’s soft. He always quizzes me so I listen really hard now to figure out what is being used. Super nerd stuff, but I love it:) The cell phone thing was easy because I love that sound…so cool it was used in a song:)
