Celebrating italo disco in SF: “Grow Up” Night
For all of you deeply and whole heartedly into italo-disco as I am there is a new night in San Francisco to satisfy our pining. “Grow Up” promises to be a laid back event where one can play pool, have drinks and either lounge or dance to spaced out synth jams. Other music sure to be heard at this event will be R&B, boogie, soul and funk. Besides having awesome selections the night’s DJs are some of SF’s most excited and enjoyable music lovers and producers. Recently Hotthobo gave me a copy of his promo italo-mix that remained stuck in my cd player for the last two months because of its melodic and mixed genius.
It begins tomorrow night (Thursday, July 29th) and there’s no cover. So, if you are somewhere in the vicinity of SF you should take your friends for a leisurely italo stroll to the Tenderloin.

i love the used, i cant wait for sept 1st when their new album comes out! i even preordered the limited edition cd+dvd package from theused.net ….it will be worth it just for the signed poster!
